Hair is an integral part of women, though men might have hair related issues, too. In the past, purchasing products was easy and simple. But now, things are complicated and the market is populated with plenty of products. We hardly understand what we need and what we don’t! If we talk about hair care products, there’s hair oil, mask, cream, shampoo, serum, etc. Then come styling care products and styling products and more. What products are a must have, is a question mark. You’re the best person to determine what you need, depending on your liking or prerequisites.

For anyone, the products needed vary based on hair type and issues. For instance, healthy hair will need nothing more than oil, shampoo and a conditioner. If you have wavy locks, you might need something to tame your hair, whereas, for damaged hair, additional care is needed. So, it is all about what your hair needs and what will suit it best.

Irrespective of your hair type, hair oil is a must. You can choose lighter hair oil if you have oily hair or have to go for work. But, you can never skip oil. In this modern era, most of us ignore oil and think it is old-fashioned or greasy. But, only oil could moisturize, nourish, repair and rejuvenate your hair. I oil my hair thoroughly and liberally an hour or two before shower and apply adequate oil, once it is air-dried. I apply it before heading out, so pores are still open and clean to receive the oil.

I always prefer a leave-in hair conditioner for my hair. It is because; it is milder and safer when compared to the wash-off hair conditioner. Yes, it does not restore lost moisture alone, but adds a nice shine to my hair. In case your hair is damaged due to styling or heat, conditioner is essential.

Furthermore, I make sure I use a gentle and natural shampoo, so I don’t strip off my hair’s essential nutrients Harsh or chemical laden shampoos can rip-off moisture and nourishment, besides damaging the hair. I opt for daily use shampoo, though I wash my hair 2 – 3 times a week

I have two combs, one for detangling that’s wide-toothed and one normal for combing. I don’t use brush, nor a hair dryer. I rarely use it without heat, when am out for occasion and make use of a protective product to avert hair damage I use Argan based hair nourishment products as they’re light, nutrient-rich, restore and rejuvenate my hair and promotes long and lustrous locks. They’re the best nourishment for hair and do a great job at easing frizz. After all, women want healthy hair. Isn’t it? These tips work for men too and men with hair loss issues can definitely give this a try – of course, with a few tweaks, to fit your style.
