Leadership and management training takes on a more comprehensive form which focuses on the entire organisation, rather than just coaches. Most organisations want their coaches to be competant, capable of leading their teams, and credible in the eyes of those they lead, in order to achieve the most team success. Therefore, with leadership and managment training, these skills will be taught, and enhanced, so that coaches can fully develop the team, and the output for their organisation.

The method of manager as coach is to get the ‘must have’ skill sets all coaches should have in order to properly lead their team, and get the best performance from them. The skills taught in this training are essential for all managers to have in order to properly lead their workers, and get them to perform at top levels. The practical skills of this coaching programme increases motivation, improves performance, and will enhance the working relationships between team members and their coach.
